Speakeasy Ales & Lagers has been defiantly brewing small batches of beer in San Francisco’s Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood since 1997.

Microbrewery MB5 30 bbl

Their brewery is equipped with a 5-vessel SK Škrlj microbrewery:

2 x lauter tun (high gravity)
2 x kettle
1 x whirlpool
hot/cold water preparation and storage tanks (for use during the brewing process)

The tanks are connected by a platform. All tanks, important connectors, and the central control panel are easily accessible from the platform, which enables good control and supervision during the entire beer brewing process.

The tank jackets are covered with a TiN coating.
