Final assembly and delivery
Product assembly
Once the production process is complete, the product enters the final assembly phase. Our assembly team installs all additional components, such as temperature and pressure control systems, as well as electrical and pneumatic component connections, and connects automated parts to the control units. During this stage, we also mount all auxiliary equipment and fittings: valves, mixers, CIP/SIP connectors, safety devices, etc. Final assembly ensures that each product is fully prepared for flawless operation.
We also provide support for equipment installation at the final location.
Automated storage system
Our warehouse is equipped with a modern automated shelving system that enables organized, fast, and secure storage of various items. This storage system maximizes floor space, shortens retrieval and delivery times, reduces physical handling, improves inventory control, and ensures efficient traceability. The system is operated via a user-friendly computer interface, further enhancing item organization and accessibility.
Manufacturing and delivery of large tanks
The largest tank we’ve manufactured and successfully delivered had a capacity of 160,000 liters (diameter 4 m, height 14 m). For tanks that exceed standard transport dimensions, we collaborate with trusted partners specializing in oversized transport, ensuring safe delivery to the final destination.
